Millaisia sohvia tarjoatte?
Me olemme erikoistuneet modulaarisiin sohviin, jotka on helppo mukauttaa elämantyyliin ja tapahtumiin. Saat vapauden luoda monipuolisesta moduulivalikoimastamme omanlaisesi sohvakokonaisuuden. Voit muokata sohvaasi myöhemmin jos elämä sitä vaatii varmistaen, että sohva sopii kotiisi aina.
Onko moduulien yhdistelmille rajoitteita?
Voit yhdistellä moduuleja lähes rajattomasti - On hyvä kuitenkin huomioida, että Open End-moduulia voit jatkaa vain yhteen suuntaan.
Voinko kustomoida Cubi-sohvani?
Ehdottomasti! Kannustammekin käyttämään modulaarisuuden ja irrotettavien päällisten tuomaa vapautta hyvänä mahdollisuutena kokeilla jotain uutta. Sekoittele moduuleja keskenään ja pue ne erilaisilla päällisillä luodaksesi jännittävän istuinkokonaisuuden. Henkilökuntamme auttaa myös mielellään tuomaan ideasi toteen.
Miten hoidan sohvaani?
Cubi-sohvan päälliset on suunniteltu mahdollisimman helppohoitoisiksi niin, että voit pestä ne pesukoneessa. Kuivat tahrat on helppo pyyhkäistä pois kuivalla luonnonsienellä ja vaativampiin märkiin tahroihin voit kokeilla esim. sappisaippuaa. Emme suosittele vahvojen kemikaalien käyttöä puhdistuksessa. Voit myös turvautua siihen, että jos jokin sohvan osa menee pilalle se on vaihdettavissa. Näin varmistamme, että sohvalla on pitkä elinkaari ja sinun on helppo tehdä vastuullisia valintoja pienellä vaivalla.
Kuinka varmistatte, että sohvanne valmistetaan vastuullisesti?
Pidämme huolen siitä, että tutkimme eri tavarantoimittajia EU:ssa, jotta voimme valita vastuullisimmat materiaalit käyttötarpeisiimme. Uskomme myös, että Cubin tulee kehittyä vastuullisten innovaatioiden rinnalla, minkä eteen teemme jatkuvasti työtä. Näin pidämme myös hiilijalanjälkeämme silmällä, tuemme paikallista taloutta ja työvoimaa ja olemme ajan harmolla.
Lisäksi keskitymme siihen, että tuotteemme valmistetaan paikallisesti joko Helsingin tai Amsterdamin verstaallamme. Pitämällä tuotannon lähellä vältämme pitkistä toimitusmatkoista aiheutuvat päästöt ja pystymme pitämään henkilökohtaisesti huolta siitä, että tuotanto toimii oikein ja jokainen sohva lähtee täydellisenä asiakkaalle.

Kuinka tilaan oman Cubi-sohvan?

Online: Visit our website to browse our extensive sofa collection. Here, you can customize your sofa by selecting the configuration and fabric. Once you’ve made your selection, you can place your order directly through our secure checkout process.
By email: If you prefer to order via email or need a more customised solution that you cannot configure online, you can contact us at info@basta.co. Please include details about the configuration or elements you are interested in, your fabric choice, and your contact information. Our sales team will get back to you to confirm the details and finalise your order.
In showroom: You can also visit one of our showrooms to see our sofas in person and make your purchase directly. This is a great option if you want to experience the sofas firsthand and discuss customization options with our experienced sales staff. They can assist you in making the right choice and processing your order.

Are there any current promotions or discounts on sofas?
We do not offer discounts on our sofas as our pricing strategy eliminates the middleman, allowing us to offer you competitively priced products throughout the year. Our approach ensures that you receive the best value without compromising on quality, relying on transparent pricing rather than periodic sales. This pricing model is designed to provide fairness and accessibility, ensuring all customers receive the same great price every day.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and the Helsinki area of Finland. For the rest of Finland or Sweden, we offer shipping quotation upon request.

What is the return policy for sofas?
Our return policy allows you to return the sofa within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, it is crucial that the sofa is returned in new condition. Please be aware that there is a handling fee of €95,- for processing the return. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the return process, such as shipping.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit a showroom?
There is no need to book an appointment to visit any of our showrooms; feel free to walk in during our operating hours. However, if you require personalized assistance or a detailed consultation, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure that a BASTA team member is available to provide you with undivided attention and detailed information specific to your needs.
Are all models displayed in your showrooms?
Not all configurations are on display in the showrooms due to space constraints and the endless possibilities there are for customisation. However, we ensure that all individual elements that make up our sofas are available for viewing. This allows you to explore different configurations and understand the build and quality of each component. Additionally, we display large fabric samples, providing you a comprehensive look at the materials, textures, and color options available for customising your sofa.

How do I remove the sofa covers?
To remove sofa covers, it's typically best to follow a step-by-step process shown in the following manual / watch the tutorial video.
How do I wash the sofa covers?
The sofa covers can be washed at 30 degrees in a machine, which is a gentle wash setting ideal for preserving the fabric's appearance. It’s recommended to use a mild detergent and possibly avoid fabric softeners to maintain the fabric's quality and color.
Can I purchase additional or replacement covers for my sofa?
Yes, you can purchase additional or replacement covers for your sofa.
What are the fabric properties?
Boucli: With a durability of over 100,000 Martindale cycles, it is made to last.
Woolli: Provides a comfortable feel with 50,000 Martindale durability.
Linni: Combines softness and resilience with 40,000 Martindale.
Each fabric has excellent lightfastness (ISO-B02) with a rating of 5-6, ensuring your sofa retains its vibrant hue over time.
The covers of the sofa wrinkle a bit, what can I do?
The slight wrinkling of the sofa covers is a natural result of their design, which includes removable features for easy cleaning and maintenance. The movement between the frame and the cover, which may lead to some wrinkling, is an inherent aspect of the sofa's construction. However, you can manage and minimize this effect quite effectively. Since the covers are fixed to the frame using a wide strip of velcro, you have the flexibility to adjust their tightness. If you notice that the covers have loosened significantly or the wrinkling has become more pronounced, simply detach the covers and reattach them more tightly. Additionally, regular maintenance such as smoothing the covers after use and ensuring they are correctly aligned and attached can help prevent excessive wrinkling. This not only keeps your sofa looking its best but also extends the life of the covers.
