We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is according to European consumer protection legislation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to either send the package or when it will be picked up, depending on the product type. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Always check the item upon delivery! In case of package damage, please make a written comment to the shipping document before signing it. Claims about the damaged item should be made no later than 7 days after delivery to email@example.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom made items and product samples. Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for return.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the order amount minus the cost of returning the item on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Sometimes delivery delays are beyond our control. This can happen when e.g. a supplier is unable to meet his delivery obligations to us or there are problems in the manufacturing process. Should this occur, Basta Solutions Oy bears no liability for compensation to the customer for any harm such a delay may entail. We will always do our utmost to inform you if a delivery is falling behind schedule. The customer always has the right to cancel a purchase at no charge in the event of delayed delivery.
