At Basta we aim for a local approach to avoid long distance shipping. If your country is not on the list at check-out it means that your country is not yet open for Basta deliveries. If you cannot wait you can pick up your sofa yourself in Amsterdam or Helsinki, or leave your details to get updated when we have a Basta location opened in your country.

Always check the item upon delivery! In case of package damage, please make a written comment to the shipping document before signing it. Claims about the damaged item should be made no later than 7 days after delivery to



When you receive your goods, it is important that you check the order immediately. If you have received a wrong order or damaged goods, contact us as soon as possible by email to or before you send anything. Enclose the invoice or receipt so we can identify the return.
